My approach was to create an image that relates to how most people feel about the oil spill. The guy is in a state of awe at what he sees and is restricted in his access to do what he loves to do… Fish his heart out! All of us feel a sense of restriction and loss of some sort about this catastrophe. Measures 23.5″ x 32.5″
