* Return Policy and Refund Policy – Buyer may return items purchased from Terrance Osborne Gallery within 10 days of purchase for exchange only. Items returned must be in the same condition as when received. Shipping and handling costs (to return unwanted/damaged and/or receive new item) are the responsibility of the buyer. There are NO REFUNDS.
* Cancellation Policy – To cancel an order, please contact Terrance Osborne Gallery as soon as possible.
Orders usually ship out within 3-5 business days however, there are times when the orders ship out within 24 hours from the purchase time. If there is a request to cancel order after it has been shipped out, please see Return Policy and Refund Policy.
* Delivery / Shipping Policy – Terrance Osborne Gallery charges a flat rate of $10 to ship all art on a “per item” basis (except giclees & originals. Call for timeline)
These orders and all orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes will ship via First Class USPS. If there is a problem with item as a result of shipping/handling or if you see dents in the package, please take pictures of the wrapping before opening package. Please take pictures of damaged art and contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to make a claim. UPS will come to your location to inspect the package and will contact us.

If payment is made with a check, orders are held until checks clear, at which time, orders are prepared and shipped.
